About the founder
Yolonda D. Rehiel, MBA, CSSMBB
Phoenix Advisory Solutions, LLC was founded in 2022 by Yolonda D. Rehiel, MBA, CSSMBB - 4 years post-grad. I was tired of seeing businesses fail due to poorly structured, outdated, and inefficient administrative infrastructures. During my career supporting C-Suite Executives, I always found operational errors, but was never empowered enough to put my plans into motion. After a decade of working in highly visible yet low-empowering spaces, it became clear that I had the tools necessary to aid Executives effectively.
So, I started Phoenix.
I am a two-time graduate of Strayer University holding a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on administration and an MBA with a management concentration. I am also a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
I've supported C-suite executives in various fields:
- Lean Six Sigma
- Operations Development and Deployment
- Business Development and Deployment
- Law, Ethics, and Corporate Governance
Additionally, I've supported a Principal Advisor who was in the process of transitioning from owning her own advisory firm into a Presidential appointed position for the previous Biden-Harris Administration.
My husband currently serves as an active duty service member with the United States Army. We have a 4 year old rescue named Trooper, and a 1.5 year old rescue named Phoenix. In my free time I enjoy the creative outlet of painting abstract art.
