About the founder
Yolonda D. Rehiel, MBA, CSSMBB
I founded Phoenix in 2022, four years after earning my graduate degree. Throughout my career supporting C-suite executives, I frequently witnessed businesses struggling due to poorly structured, outdated, and inefficient administrative systems. Although I consistently identified operational errors, I often lacked the empowerment to implement meaningful solutions. After spending over a decade in environments that recognized issues yet limited my ability to act, I realized I possessed the expertise and tools necessary to effectively support executives and drive significant improvements.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA in Management from Strayer University, alongside my certification as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, I bring practical strategies and proven methodologies to support your business growth.

My husband currently serves as an active-duty service member with the United States Army. We have a 4-year-old rescue named Trooper and a 1.5-year-old rescue named Phoenix.
